Data analysis and GA4 tracking you can trust.
Tracking you can trust and reporting that leads somewhere. Clean events, honest attribution and dashboards that end in a decision, set up by a specialist certified in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
What data analysis means here
Data analysis starts with the tracking. Tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager record what visitors do on your site, and ad platforms record what they believe their ads caused. Analysis means making sure those records are correct, joining them up, and turning them into the few numbers that guide your decisions.
Most businesses already have plenty of data. What they lack is data they trust, presented in a way that says what to do next.
- Not more dashboards. A dashboard nobody acts on is decoration.
- Not a one-time setup. Sites, tools and privacy rules change, and tracking breaks quietly.
- Not collecting everything. Tracking what matters, well, beats tracking everything badly.
- Not a data engineering project. Most of the value comes from fixing and reading the tools you already have.
Why it matters
Every other decision depends on it
Bidding, budgets, tests and forecasts all rest on what your tracking says. If it is wrong, they are wrong too.
Automation learns from your data
Ad platforms optimize toward the conversions you send them. Duplicated or missing events teach them the wrong lessons.
Privacy changed the rules
Consent requirements and browser limits mean some data is now missing by design. Knowing what is missing, and why, stops you drawing false conclusions.
Signs you need it
- GA4 revenue does not match your shop or CRM.
- Your ad platforms report far more conversions than you have real sales.
- Nobody is sure which tags in Tag Manager still work, or who added them.
- Reports take hours to build and still end in arguments about which number is right.
- You switched to GA4 and nobody has checked the setup since.
From raw events to a decision.
Most reporting problems start in the tracking. The work fixes the data first, then makes it readable.

Fix the data, then read it.
A dashboard built on broken tracking is worse than no dashboard. So the order matters.
- 1
Audit
Every tag, event and conversion checked against what actually happens on the site.
- 2
Repair
Tracking rebuilt where it is wrong, with consent settings in place.
- 3
Connect
Analytics and ad platforms reconciled, so the numbers agree, or the gap is explained.
- 4
Report
Dashboards and regular reads that tell you what changed and what to do about it.
- Your GA4 numbers do not match your sales or your ad platforms.
- You moved to GA4 and nobody has checked it since.
- You have dashboards but still decide on gut feel.
- You want more charts rather than better answers.
- You need a data warehouse and an engineering team built from scratch.

Before you ask.
Straight answers to what founders ask in the first call.
Why do GA4 and our ad platforms show different numbers?
They count differently: attribution models, conversion windows, consent and blocked tracking all play a part. Some gap is normal. The audit tells you which part of yours is normal and which part is broken.
What is a data health check?
A review of everything your analytics and tag manager record: events, conversions, duplicates, missing pages and consent. You get a list of what is wrong, ranked by how much it distorts your decisions, and then it gets fixed.
Can you work with a Tag Manager container someone else built?
Yes. Most audits start with an existing container. It gets cleaned up and documented, and anything that no longer serves a purpose is removed.
Does tracking still work with cookie consent?
Yes, if it is set up for it. Consent mode lets you respect each visitor's choice and still measure what you are allowed to. Setting that up is part of the work.
